No catalogue, no ready-made kits. Every cabin starts as a sketch and a paper pattern. Then the hide is cut, perforated, quilted and stitched by hand.

How a cabin gets made.

  1. 01

    Pattern

Every panel starts on paper. The pattern is drawn, measured and repeated until the spacing is right.

Paper pattern with a perforation layout marked out
  2. 02

    Cut

The hide is cut panel by panel and the trims are measured to the millimetre.

Leather measured with a ruler before cutting
  3. 03

    Stitch

This is where the ages go.

Seams, quilting and contrast thread, one needle at a time.

Orange leather under the sewing machine needle
  4. 04

    Fit

Back into the car, panel by panel, until it looks like it left the factory this way.
